• Arrangement Commission Policy

  • Finze Productions must obtain a Right to Arrange License in order to arrange any request. This is a Copyright Law to be followed when making a profit on arrangements.

  • While the base cost usually covers for the Right to Arrange License, the client may be required to pay additional fees to cover the license.

  • Arrangements can be used for paid performances only if the proper licenses are acquired and paid for by both the arranger & the client. 

    • i.e. Mechanical License, License to Perform, etc.

• Composition Commission Policy

  • Finze Productions will self-publish all compositions written after client's performance to JWPepper for public access. This is non-negotiable.​

  • Compositions cannot be used for paid performances unless prior written authorization and agreement by Finze Productions.

• Distribution Policy of all Products

  • All products given to the client are not to be distributed outside of their organization with the exception of the following:​

    • Digital Recordings​

  • Do not distribute any products outside of the exceptions listed without prior written authorization by Finze Productions.

• Data Policy

  • Finze Productions does not collect data unrelated to the client's request.​

  • Finze Productions does not collect payment info and will not accept any payment info over the phone, chats, emails, etc. Payment business is handled through Paypal Invoices.

  • Finze Productions reserves the right to publish, re-write, edit, share, and distribute any of its' products outside of its' mediums. ​

  • Finze Productions reserves the right to share and post to social media of ongoing services for clients.

  • The client reserves the right to be anonymous in any social media posts upon request.

• Discounts & Tax Policy

  • Public and Private Schools or Colleges with Fine Arts groups such as Band, Orchestra, Choir or similar in relation to music education, can receive a 30% discount on all services except for the following:​

    • Hourly Services​

    • Extra Charges for Licensing

    • Private Lessons​​

  • Public and Private Schools or Colleges, Non-Profit Charities, or Non-Profit 501c3 Registered Groups, may receive Tax Exemption on all services except the following: (As these services do not have a Tax Charge)

    • Audio Engineer/Recording Services​

    • Private Lessons

    • Hourly Services

  • Discounts of any amount will not be offered on group Private Lessons. As a 50% off per individual of 2 or more attending will already take affect.

• Updates & Concerns to Policy

  • When updates to the Privacy Policy occur, past & current clients will immediately be informed of such changes via email. Finze Productions will also email all subscribers in the mailing list.​

  • If the client has a concern or question regarding the Policies listed above, they may contact me at info@finzeproductions.com. Changes may be made based on what the client may require, but are not guarenteed.
